Vertix Diagnostics

Vertix Diagnostics is a building diagnostics company based in Hewlett, New York, providing non invasive inspection services for homes, commercial buildings and multi family properties across the New York City five boroughs and Long Island. Founded in 2000, our team of ten specialists uses infrared thermal imaging and moisture detection technology to find problems that cannot be seen with the naked eye, so owners, buyers, property managers and contractors can make decisions based on evidence instead of guesswork.

Our core service is electrical infrared inspection. Thermal imaging of electrical panels, switchgear and distribution equipment reveals hot spots, overloaded circuits and failing connections before they cause outages or fires, which makes it a valuable part of preventive maintenance programs for commercial and residential properties.

Water is the other half of our work. We provide water leak detection and full water intrusion investigations that trace moisture to its entry point, whether it comes from plumbing, roofing, windows or the building envelope. Instead of tearing open walls at random, we map exactly where water is traveling and document the source, which saves our clients time and repair costs.

For flat and low slope roofs we perform infrared roof inspections and roof moisture surveys. These surveys locate trapped moisture inside the roof assembly, so building owners can repair only the wet sections instead of replacing an entire roof, and they give buyers and sellers reliable information during due diligence inspections before a transaction closes.

Every engagement ends with a clear written report that includes thermal images, photographs and practical recommendations, delivered by a team that answers the phone Monday through Friday from 8 in the morning until 8 in the evening. Whether you manage a portfolio of buildings, are buying a home, or are chasing a leak that nobody else could find, Vertix Diagnostics gives you a documented, technology driven answer.
