The company has more than ten years of experience making sports fencing and steel structures, and several years of dedicated OEM padel court production for European clients and brands.

Our production base is a 10,000 square metre plant with seven workshops. Every important step is controlled in house, including laser cutting, welding, shot blasting and coating. Keeping the whole process under one roof lets our team of 10 to 49 employees manage quality, delivery time and customisation for each project from the first drawing to the final shipment.

PanoCourt builds a full range of padel courts: panoramic courts, super panoramic courts, classic courts, single courts and mobile courts. Besides complete courts, we supply the supporting parts of a padel facility, including foundations, roofs, artificial turf and LED lighting, so clubs, sports centres, hotels and developers can source the main components from one manufacturer.

Material quality is central to how we work. Our frames use Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc layer of at least 60 microns. A three-layer anti-corrosion coating of 85 to 100 microns protects the structure against weather and wear. The courts use 10 mm and 12 mm tempered glass, and the fittings are made from 304 and 316 stainless steel.
