Vehicles are transported by carriers that are required to maintain applicable cargo insurance. Before dispatch, customers should review the carrier’s insurance information and understand the applicable coverage, limitations, and exclusions for their shipment.

You or an authorized adult should normally be available for pickup and delivery. The vehicle should be inspected with the driver, and its condition documented on the Bill of Lading. This gives both you and the carrier a record of the vehicle’s condition.

Ask us before placing anything inside the vehicle. Personal-item policies can vary by carrier, and personal belongings may not be covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance. We’ll confirm what your assigned carrier allows before pickup.
