Flowdara

Flowdara is a client booking and practice management platform built for alternative healing practitioners, including Reiki healers, breathwork facilitators, sound healers, bodyworkers, astrologers, and energy workers. Based in Santa Monica, California, Flowdara was founded in January 2026 to give independent practitioners and studios software designed around how healing work actually happens.

Practitioners use Flowdara for bookings, events, payments, and client management in one place. Clients can book themselves online from a page that shows your session types, pricing, and real availability, so you spend less time going back and forth over messages. Secure online payments are built in, and you can set up intake forms so you know what a client needs before the session begins.

Flowdara helps replace generic scheduling tools with a system that understands the work. You can create different session types and prices, offer group workshops and events, and sell packages so returning clients can prepay for several sessions. A Session Reflection Portal gives clients a calm place to revisit their sessions, and astrology and Human Design insights add useful context for practitioners who work with those frameworks.

If you currently use Calendly, Acuity, or Squarespace, Flowdara offers help migrating so you can move your existing setup without starting from scratch. The goal is to make the business side of your practice simple, so you can stay focused on the people you serve.

Plans start at $11 per month, and there is a 7-day free trial for new practitioners. Whether you are a solo Reiki healer, a breathwork facilitator running group events, or a studio with several practitioners, Flowdara gives you one dependable place to manage your schedule, your clients, and your payments.

Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, and can be reached by email at support@flowdara.com or by phone at 541-632-2366.
