Brookcal Partners is a construction consulting firm focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Founded by Kevin Juliano, Brookcal Partners helps construction businesses solve challenges that may appear to be related to processes, productivity, or technology but are often rooted in leadership, communication, and company culture. By developing stronger leaders at every level, Brookcal helps construction companies improve employee retention, workplace culture, operational performance, and long-term business results.

Kevin brings over two decades of construction industry experience, having worked at every level from laborer to executive. His firsthand understanding of field operations, construction management, and executive leadership enables him to provide practical guidance grounded in the realities of the construction industry.

Kevin holds an MBA and an MA in Non-Profit Leadership and is currently completing a PhD in Organizational Leadership. He has served as both a professor of construction management and leadership, and has published research on multi-level organizational leadership. This combination of construction experience and organizational leadership research shapes Brookcal’s practical, people-centered approach.
