Ark Inspections is a family-owned home and commercial inspection company based in Conway, Arkansas. We serve home buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and property owners across Faulkner, Pulaski, Saline, Garland, and the surrounding Central Arkansas counties. Our inspector, David Darley, brings a careful, thorough approach to every property and takes the time to explain what he finds so clients can make confident decisions.

Our services cover a wide range of property types. We perform residential home inspections for buyers and sellers, commercial property inspections for business owners and investors, and new construction inspections that help catch issues before closing or before a builder warranty runs out. We also offer re-inspections to confirm that repairs were completed, inspections of mobile and manufactured homes, and inspections of outbuildings such as detached garages, shops, and sheds.

We know that real estate timelines move quickly, so we promise inspection reports within 24 hours. Each report is written to be clear and easy to follow, with photos and plain explanations of what was observed, why it matters, and what next steps may be appropriate. Our goal is a report that buyers can understand and that agents can rely on during negotiations.

Pricing is straightforward and starts at $350 for smaller slab-foundation homes, with pricing based on square footage and property type. Re-inspections are available at a flat rate. Please contact us for a quote on larger homes, crawlspace foundations, or commercial buildings.

To be transparent about our scope, we do not offer sewer scoping, radon testing, pool and spa inspections, or well and septic inspections in-house. If your transaction requires those services, we are happy to point you in the right direction.
